Happy Valentine's Day!
I hope that you'll be able to spend time with family, friends and those that are important to you!
I also hope that you'll have some time to honor your body and yourself.
Have you ever thought that the first and last breath you take, you do so withyour body? And, the person that has been with you every step of the way is yourself?
And so, I urge you to celebrate yourself this month!

And so, I urge you to celebrate yourself this month!
Here are two things that you can apply:
- Find time in your day to be aware of 1-3 aspects that you are grateful for about your body and/or yourself. You can write this down, think about it or say it out loud (whichever resonates with you).
- Each week, apply at least 1 activity/choice that nourishes your cup. This can be as simple as eating your favorite fruit and to more elaborate activities such as a spa day. It can also be metaphorical such as choosing peace over anger or, expressing your needs over staying silent.
