75 Minutes Session - Krystalline Flow Wellness, Mt. Kisco, NY

If choosing massage with energy healing, massage portion will be around 55-60 min and the hands-on energy healing will be around 15-20 min.

Therapeutic Massage

Each session are customized to the client's goals. An entire session can be local on a specific area focusing on alleviating adhesions and pain. Or, it can be a full body for a mix of relaxation and softening tight areas. Different techniques/modalities will be used such as Swedish, trigger point, friction, connective tissue therapy and SMRT that would be of best benefit to the client.

Pressure is applied according to the individual's muscle tone. The client chooses the carrier oil of their choice such as jojoba oil, shea butter or cacao butter. Various essential oils can be added for physical/emotional support such as lavender, peppermint, sweet marjoram and orange.

Snooze/Tea Time

Each session includes 10 minutes of snooze/tea time after the hands-on work is finished. This way the client can take their time and not rush out after the session.
